Ultrasonic cavitation

A non-invasive treatment used for body contouring and fat reduction.

Ultrasonic cavitation uses low-frequency sound waves to target fat cells beneath the skin.

  • The sound waves create tiny bubbles in the fat (a form of cavitation)

  • These bubbles expand and collapse

  • This disrupts (breaks down) fat cell membranes

  • The released fat (fatty acids) is then processed by the body’s lymphatic system and liver

🎯 What it’s used for

Common treatment areas:

  • Abdomen (belly fat)

  • Thighs

  • Hips (“love handles”)

  • Arms

It’s typically used for body sculpting, not major weight loss.

ABOUT

What a session is like

  • A gel is applied to the skin

  • A handheld device emits ultrasound waves

  • You may hear a faint buzzing in your ears (normal)

  • Sessions last ~20–40 minutes

Results & expectations

  • Gradual reduction in circumference (not instant fat loss)

  • Best results after multiple sessions (often 6–12)

  • Works best for people already close to their target weight
